1. Open your play store app and click on the profile icon which is normally in the top right hand corner of your screen.


2. Select play protect from the option and tap on Scan button to scan your apps. Wait patiently for the scanning to finish.


3. After the scanning finish then it will detect any harmful apps in your phone, by then you can try uninstalling the harmful app.


4. Navigate to your phone apps menu and long press the harmful app for two seconds then tap on uninstall. Alternatively you can navigate to your phone settings and enter app management then select the harmful app then click on uninstall button to uninstall the app.


Factory reset 

If trying the above method doesn’t fix your problem then you can try doing factory to your device but make sure you perform data backup so as to avoid data loss. Always use factory reset as your last solution when your phone has any problem. In order to perform factory reset follow the steps below.


1. Turn off your phone by pressing the power button for three seconds and click on power off.


2. After complete shutdown remove your SD card and sim card then press and hold power button + volume down button until your phone logo appear then release them. If doing do didn’t boot you to recovery mode then try googling on how to enter recovery mode based on your device type.



3. When the recovery menu appear then select wipe data / factory reset option by using volume up and down for navigation and power button for selecting.


4. Select yes from the next options for confirmation and patiently wait for the operation to complete.



5. Reboot your phone by selecting reboot system now from the recovery menu.
