Factory reset

1. Shutdown your phone completely.
2. Press and hold power button with volume down button for ten seconds till recovery option appear.
3. Select wipe factory data from the recovery menu by using volume down for navigation and using power button for clicking.
4. After selecting wipe factory data then select yes from the next prompted screen, patiently wait for at least two minutes for the operation to complete.
5. Reboot your device by selecting reboot from the main option in the recovery.
Note that doing factory reset will erase all your data, but it will definitely solve boot loop issue but consider it the last option.
