Google contacts can be your next unlimited virtual SIM card storage

Our contacts are among the most important things we consider on our mobile devices, we get in touch with our friends and family by calling and texting them, but all these cannot be done without their contacts. We can say that phone call is one of the main things we do every day, due to the important of this, our old fashion phones are built to only make calls back then.

Mobile devices are mostly come with the functionality of saving contacts in to some share of our phone storage with the help of phonebook. Phonebook is an application that is designed to save names, numbers and addresses of a particular person.

Another way of saving contacts is the use of sim cards. Sim cards are designed to carry so many operations on smartphones these can be connecting to mobile data, saving contacts, sending and receiving messages and making calls. Among all those functionalities, saving contacts is the main thing we consider, because if sim card is not capable of saving contacts then we might go for Wi-Fi routers since it can be used to make all those functions except saving contacts.

Saving contacts on sim cards has so many limitations; among the limitations is a limited contact storage, most of the sim cards has limited storage of saving contacts, some years back you can find a sim card with saving storage of five hundred but today some are not even up to three hundred, this is one of those limitations.

Losing or blocking sim card is not something new, there is a time when your sim card is no more; either by stealing, losing together with the device or getting blocked by the service operator, when any of these happen then you will no longer have access to your sim contacts unless you go for sim swap. This is another limitation or disadvantage of saving your contact on sim card.

To avoid losing your contacts it is time to switch to cloud base storage system, these means instead of using sim card for saving your contacts now you should use your Google contacts storage to save them. Saving your contacts on your Google contacts has so many advantages; this post highlights on the advantages of using Google mail and Google contacts.

Saving contacts made easy with Google contacts because your contacts are now in safe place, this is one of the most great feature in android phone because when you signed your Google account into your android phone this can give you a space for saving your contacts directly to the cloud storage which you can access those contacts anywhere and at any time.

Using Google contacts for saving your contacts is the most reliable method because if your contacts are saved on Google contacts then you can’t lose them if you lost your device because all it needs to access your contacts is to sign in with your Google account and access them.

You can save your contacts directly to Google contacts by signing in with your Google account any of your devices and when saving new contacts on your device then always select your Google account instead of your sim card.
