Try enabling and disabling Airplane mode to see if it will solve your problem, if the problem persists then follow these steps.


1. Navigate to your phone settings then look for apps or apps management option, open it.


2. Click on three dots from your top right corner and look for system apps, tap it.


3. Scroll down to find something like com.android.bluetooth then click on it and tap on clear cache and also click on force stop.


Use the same steps for Wi-Fi but look for com.google.android.wifi instead of com.android.bluetooth.


After following these steps then go back and ON the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi if it opens then your problem is solved if not then try factory resetting your device.
